Tasting Notes – 2009
Intense earthy aromas of black and red cherry compote , anise, and pomegranate with hints of tobacco, white pepper and garrigue. A fine balance of fruit, spice and acidity. This is the wine I have always wanted to make and one I am extremely proud of. The proverbial light at the end of the tunnel! Enjoy.
